Simply download the HelpingHandsAu app and sign up using your email address. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
After logging in, tap "Post a Task" and fill in the required details: title, description, budget, location (online or offline), and category. For offline tasks, you'll need to share your GPS location.
Offline tasks require physical presence at a specific location (cleaning, moving, repairs), while online tasks can be completed remotely (writing, design, programming). Offline tasks require GPS location sharing.
Go to "My Tasks" section to see all your posted tasks with their current status: Open (accepting bids), In Progress (assigned to a tasker), Completed, or Cancelled.
Yes, you can edit task details, budget, and description before selecting a tasker. Once a tasker is assigned and payment is made, major changes require cancellation and reposting.
Review all bids in your task details, check tasker profiles and ratings, then tap "Select" on your preferred bid. You'll be redirected to PayPal for secure payment.
When you select a tasker, you pay through PayPal. The money is held securely until you approve the completed task. Only then is payment released to the tasker.
If the task isn't completed to your satisfaction, don't approve it. Contact the tasker through our messaging system to discuss revisions. If unresolved, contact our support team.
Refunds are processed if a tasker fails to complete the work or if there are legitimate disputes. Contact support with details for case-by-case review.
Browse the "Available Jobs" section, filter by category, location, or budget. Read task descriptions carefully before submitting your bid with your preferred price.
Once selected for a task, an in-app messaging portal opens automatically. Use this to coordinate details, share updates, and confirm completion.
After completing a task, mark it as "Complete" in the app. The task owner will review and approve the work. Payment is released to your account within 24-48 hours after approval.
Try closing and reopening the app, check your internet connection, and ensure you have the latest version. If problems persist, restart your device or contact support.
Ensure location services are enabled for HelpingHandsAu in your device settings. For offline tasks, accurate GPS is required for taskers to find you.
